Overview
Male infertility is a condition in which male inability to cause pregnancy in a fertile female. It may be due to deficiencies in semen or low sperm quality. This means that the couple aren't able to conceive a child, even though they've had frequent, unprotected sexual intercourse for a year or longer.

- Excessive intake sour, spicy food
- Excessive intake sweet, oily, unctuous food
- Hormonal disorders
- Hormonal imbalance
- Infections
- Occupation - Welding, prolonged sitting jobs like Truck driving, or working on a laptop computer for long stretches of time
- Grief and stress
- Alcohol and smoking
- Obesity
- Emaciation/debilitating diseases or Health conditions like
- Varicocele
- Tumors. - Cancers and nonmalignant tumors can affect the male reproductive organs directly
- Undescended testicles
- Defects of tubules that transport sperm
- Celiac disease
- Lack of proper sleep
- Lack of physical exercise
- Suppression of natural urges (Natural urges are the Involuntary functions such as hunger, tears, urination, sneezing, farting etc)
