Endocrine diseases.

Overview

The endocrine system is a network of glands that produce and release hormones that help control many important body functions, including the body's ability to change calories into energy that powers cells and organs. If your hormone levels are too high or too low, you may have an endocrine disease or disorder. Endocrine diseases and disorders also occur if your body does not respond to hormones the way it is supposed to.

In Ayurveda, three metabolic elements are present in our body: Vata, Pitta and Kapha responsible for normal physiological functions or pathological disorders. Their Balanced state results in normal Healthy Life while their physiological Imbalance is responsible for diseases..
