National Center on Deafness
The National Center on Deafness (NCOD), a unit of the Division of Student Affairs at California State University, Northridge, provides comprehensive services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing enrolled at the university; professional training and public education in the area of deafness; and information and consultation to other educational institutions concerned with establishing programs to enhance services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing. NCOD strives to make all university services accessible to students who are deaf or hard of hearing and serve as a model for postsecondary mainstream programs nation wide.
