Meckel-Gruber Syndrome - Meckel-Gruber syndrome (MKS) (OMIM 24900) is a lethal, rare autosomal recessive condition mapped to chromosome 17. The triad of occipital encephalocele, large polycystic kidneys, and postaxial polydactyly characterizes MKS.
